My Bio

My name is Shivany, and I am 9 years old, and in 3rd grade. I have attended public and private schools, and now I am home schooled.  I love music and dancing.  My favorite subject is math, and I like doing brain games every opportunity I get.  I also enjoy learning about new technology such as robotics.  I have in the past built and programmed a Lego bugbot, using real robotics programming language “RoboPlus.” Learning to write programs in other computer languages, such as HTML, Dreamweaver, and VB is something I enjoy, as well.

Another subject that I have a lot of interest ing, is science.  So far I have studied the human body.  Here, I dissected a sheep’s brain, an eye, and a cow’s heart with my tutor.  The area of human biology that I am extremely interested in and have been for a very long time, is the brain.  I find it quite fascinating, that I also conducted a psychology project in this area.  I have already had the chance to work with doctoral students and university professors, and I think I am on my way to achieving success in my chosen field. 

Therefore, I decided to create my own web site“ Research On The Brain For Kids.”  This website will be the beginning of my future goal in becoming a Brain Researcher.
